(01) Assignment

Hold the room's attention and cut the cost of constantly refreshing content. Speaker changes created technical pauses that broke the emotional rhythm and scattered attention; events run year-round, so the visuals had to adapt by season without rebuilding the scene from scratch.

(02) Solution & Process

The concept centers on a faceless figure running through life: interacting with the space it slows, rises, and finally takes form — a direct translation of the mission, 'every runner finds their name.' The pipeline splits into four modular blocks (Prologue, Intro, Thematic inserts, Finale) that flex in length to match the live timing and seamlessly fill any pause. Animation splines and the character stay fixed; atmosphere and season change only through light, particle systems and procedural environment — updates at minimal cost.

(03) Context

Visual and technical pauses between speakers were fully removed; the graphics hold attention through scene changes and became part of the overall narrative. The result is a scalable base that adapts content to any season or format quickly and with minimal render.
